Our products typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days.


Refund and Return Policy

At Chérimola, customer satisfaction is our top priority. To keep things fair and efficient for everyone, we maintain a clear return policy.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or returns once this window has closed.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be brand new, unused, unwashed, and in its original sealed packaging.

  • You must receive prior authorization before sending anything back; unauthorized returns will be rejected.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Health and hygiene products.

  • Customized or personalized items.

  • Digital downloads or gift cards.

  • Sale or promotional items.

  • Products that are opened, damaged, or incomplete.

Return Procedure

Before shipping your item back, please email us at contact@cherimola.com to get authorization and the correct shipping address. Please note that any unauthorized shipments will be automatically refused.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless we made a mistake (such as sending the wrong item).

Return Address

Returns must be sent to our international warehouse. We will provide the specific address only after your request is approved. Please note: We do not have a return address in Italy.

Refunds

Once we receive, inspect, and approve your return:

  • A full or partial refund will be issued based on the item's condition.

  • Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, the fastest way to get it is to place a new order.
